Our Media Partner Cherise Leclerc at CBS 3 reports that the gun allegedly used in a double murder involving former Patriots player Aaron Hernandez may have been found in Springfield. State Police say it happened June 21st when Jailene Diaz Ramos, was involved in a car crash on or near I91 in Springfield. When police inventoried the crash after she was taken to the hospital, they turned up a Smith and Wesson. The woman told police the weapon belonged to a person that she called "Chicago". She admitted to police that she drove Chicago and his friends who she said were football players to work. The woman has been released on a thousand dollars bail for illegal gun possession. Meantime police are trying to figure out what connection it has to a double murder that the former NFL star is being investigated for.
